Monday, we did a time audit. Start there.
After we’ve hired someone to take our lowest-priced role, we have three things left:
1 – schedule training time for them. The lower their wage, the less time is required for training, becuase their job will be repetitive. For example, a cleaner should require only 2 hours of training, and then a checklist to follow.
2 – schedule evaluation time for them. Book an appointment to review their work after one week; again after their first month; and then every three months as long as they’re with you. Create an evaluation form from their job posting. For example:

3 – schedule yourself to do a higher-value role while the cleaner is working.
This should be a 1:1 trade – while they’re mopping, you do your marketing work.
