Record 5 more blog posts or QuickCasts, answering these questions:
What are the different levels of service you provide?
What’s the least expensive way to get results with your service?
How do your best clients get the best results with your service?
Tell one client story where the client came to you in trouble after trying to do it themselves.
Tell one client story where the client was distraught and you saved them.
Then write down the top 3 questions your clients ask about your service. Look in your email; on your social media platforms; or simply recall questions you ask while working with them.
Those will be tomorrow’s Directive – but the skill of noticing opportunities to answer questions through content is one you’ll build forever. (It gets easier.)
