Resilience Self-Authoring Exercise #2: Assessing Present Strengths and Weaknesses

Objective: To understand your current capabilities and areas for growth.

Instructions:

  1. List Your Strengths: Write about your current virtues. These are qualities or skills that you feel are your strengths right now.
  2. Identify Weaknesses: Honestly identify areas where you are vulnerable or less strong. These are aspects you might want to improve.
  3. Plan for Improvement: For each weakness, write a brief plan on how you could improve it. Include small, actionable steps.
