Today, you’re going to produce and publish content on why a client should come more often.

What do you prefer – writing, or talking?

Based on your preference, create a blog post or a Quickcast explaining why a client should use your service more often. For instance, a hair salon might educate clients on the importance of regular trims for healthy hair or deep conditioning for preventing damage. This builds trust and motivates clients to return for proactive care.

Need help on what to say? Pretend a client ran into you in the grocery store. They mentioned they were struggling in an area you can help: “I’m just not losing weight!” or “I just feel so overwhelmed with my business’ financials!” You KNOW the answer is for them to see you more often…but how do you explain that?
