Project Focus: GOLDEN HOUR
My new book, The Golden Hour, comes out on October 14.
Here’s how it works:
Today, we’re going to start a Project.
If this is your first month of doing the Golden Hour, then the “marketing reps” ARE your project. That’s because it will take you longer than 15 minutes to do them the first time. As you gain proficiency, you’ll gain speed, and eventually these will take you only 15 minutes or so (sometimes less).
Today:
Go to a place where you can focus.
Open your mind with written meditation or journaling.
Lead with the Marketing Rep above: follow the instructions to Mine Your Leads.
If you’re done before the end of the hour, finish the work from earlier in the week, then start working on another Project.
Where do Projects come from?

2. If you don’t have a mentor, you can request one here.
3. If you want to try to DIY this, you can rotate through projects by improving ARM, then Clients, then LEG, then ROI, then EHR, then NOB. I break those down in my book, The Simple Six.
