Daily Directive: 111224

Distribute yesterday’s blog post or Quickcast. Instructions here.

Through the month of November, we’re going to improve your leadership skills. We’re going to start with self-leadership: working through, over and around the internal blocks that stop your business from growing.

These aren’t just exercises to “think about” – you’re going to actually work through them.

Write your responses (you can email them to me, or just write on 750words.com).

You can also speak your responses into a voice recorder, or even into your steering wheel as you drive.

Today’s prompt:

List Your Strengths: Write down the strengths that have helped you succeed in business so far. These could include resilience, adaptability, leadership, networking skills, or specific technical skills.

Identify Weaknesses: Honestly assess areas where you could improve. Perhaps your financial acumen, delegation, or customer relationship management could be better.

This exercise should take you about 30 minutes. It’s an investment in yourself; a gift to the future CEO you want to be.
