I built a full course on how to start and run a single-person business with AI as your wingman. Nine modules. Step-by-step videos. Copy-and-paste AI prompts. Downloadable worksheets and tools.
It’s free. Start at Module 1 and work through one at a time.
Why This Exists
AI will create more single-person businesses worth over a million dollars than we’ve ever seen. Not because AI does the work for you — but because it eliminates the barriers that used to require a team.
Building a website used to cost $10,000. Now it costs $12. Email marketing used to cost $50/month. Now it’s free. Content production used to require a videographer, editor, and designer. Now you need a phone and Descript.
Whether you love AI or hate it, you need to understand it — because those using it have a massive time and money advantage over those who aren’t. That gap widens every month.
Most young people will have to make their own jobs. They won’t get hired for 30-year careers. Even the ones who do will need entrepreneurial skills to succeed. Colleges aren’t teaching this. Universities in Canada are years behind — their organizational structure is industrial-age, they can’t build curriculum fast enough (any AI course built today is outdated in six months), and many tenured professors refuse to put AI in the curriculum at all. Students are finishing four-year degrees already behind their peers.
This course is what I wish someone had handed me when I started. It’s useful whether you’re starting from scratch, already running a business, or working for someone else. You’ll create more value for yourself, your clients, and your customers — or you’ll be eclipsed by those who do.
The Nine Modules
Module 1: What Do You Actually Sell? Defining Your Product or Service
Most people think they sell a product or service. They don’t — they sell the solution to a problem. The product is temporary; the problem is permanent.
This module includes the Listening Exercise (for new businesses) and the Product Autopsy (for existing businesses). Both help you identify the core problem you solve in one sentence.
