The Client Check-In

Your clients should have regularly-scheduled goal reviews, where you measure their progress and update their prescription. 

But if your clients aren’t on a regular schedule yet, start my messaging 5 at a time (or 20 per month) to get them booked in for their first goal review.

Start a private message with 5 clients. If most of your clients are on Facebook, use Facebook Messenger. Otherwise, use text.

First message: “Hey [client]! It’s [coach] here from [gym]. How’s it going?”
Then follow the text flowchart below.

Your goal is to book 5 clients in for Goal Reviews.
When you meet with them, you’ll follow the Goal Review Script.

Remember to book their next goal review before they leave their first!
