If asked what your values were or maybe what you treasured the most you might say things like “family, health, happiness.” Yet, aren’t those the very things we sacrifice the most to accumulate material things? Do our investments of resources really mirror our values? Or instead do we take out loans to buy cars, houses, and things that we like and sacrifice our “values” in order to pay for it?
The blessing of stress is an opportunity to evaluate your current situation against future goals and adjust accordingly.
