Daily Directive: 100424

Project Focus: EHR

Yesterday, you wrote your first Standard Operating Procedure (SOP): an Opening Checklist.

Today, you’re going to write three more:

A Closing Checklist – go through the same process as yesterday, in reverse. Write down the steps to close the business daily.

A Cleaning Checklist – do the daily cleaning of your business yourself. Write down every step.

And a Supplies Ordering Checklist – include where things are purchased and how.

As you’re probably already discovering, each of these SOPs leads to more: the closing checklist probably includes a daily cleaning; the cleaning checklist requires supplies. We’re going to make SOPs for your entire business until it’s out of your head.

This project started on April 9, 2024. Start with that step.
