Start a 3-day “rest” period.
You will not have access to email or social media, and answer your phone for work calls only in an absolute emergency.
You don’t have to travel but you MUST be away from your business (and a short trip is ideal.)
Your staff knows you’ll be away. This isn’t just a vacation (though that is important). It’s also a test.
Upon your return, you will do a process audit of your business. Don’t stress: the goal is to find the cracks and fix them for next time.
