Today:
Schedule a staff meeting within the next 7 days.
Notify all of your staff.
Preorder coffee or snacks.
Find a place to make copies of your staff playbook. You will deliver it on Monday.
Book yourself a 3-day vacation starting a week from next Friday. You will not have access to email or social media, and answer your phone for work calls only in an absolute emergency.
You don’t have to travel but you MUST be away from your business (and a short trip is ideal.)
